Thanksgiving for my family always consisted of going to my Aunt Anzie's house and having a nice big lunch. There was turkey, BBQ, stuffing, sweet potato soufflé, green bean casserole, rolls, pumpkin pie...you name it and we had it. One of my favorites is a beautiful little bite of heaven: peanut butter pumpkins. They are pleasing to both the eye and taste buds. I cannot restrain myself around them. They are just amazing. What good is knowing a good recipe without sharing it, right?
1 box confectioners sugar
1 medium jar peanut butter
1/2 stick butter
1 1/2 tsp vanilla
mini chocolate chips
red and yellow food coloring
Combine ingredients. Roll out into small balls. Use toothpicks to indent lines on sides and top w/chocolate chips. Enjoy!
I hope you'll add these to your family meal. Happy Thanksgiving!
With love,
Hannah Elise
